Such as myself.   I am Sheila owner of Brown & Beautiful
And I am a Non Traditional Woman,  these are my Qualifications:

• I have never really been a "make-up" wearer.  I like the "natural look"  clean healthy radiant skin, moisturizer, eye liner & lip stick/gloss.
• I do wear  foundation , eyeshadow & concealers..etc for "IMPORTANT EVENTS" .
• I am A Professional Cleaner and own a Home Cleaning & Janitorial Service.  I work as hard (and play) as "ANY MAN" 
• I  have worked 10-16 hr days when building my business.
• I believe in efficiency, hard work, building from scratch  & reaching the finish line in the shortest amount of time possible.
• I am driven by MY OWN goals and motivations, as opposed to the "norm" 
• I don't cook unless I am in the mood.
• I live in a home that is minimally furnished & "self cleaning" so I don't have to often.
• I am a loner by choice.  Because I consider my personal time valuable & like to use it wisely. 
• I dis-like SLOW movers, thinkers, or bureaucracy.
• I am NOT A CLUB joiner, I prefer go my own way, make my own rules & work alone, (unless you can keep up)
• I am honest & would NEVER  INTENTIONALLY mislead you.   Nor do I play word games.
• I am a "Harley Girl" (I get dusty, gritty & helmet hair) 
• My summer car is a convertible (again dusty, grimy & wind blown hair)
• I have medium dark, dry sensitive skin
• Enlarged pores ( go figure with dry skin)
• Naturally rosy cheeks ( don't laugh)
• and  I like to walk around bare foot.
• Yes I am a little Eccentric & like it that way.                            

               IS THAT NON TRADITIONAL ENOUGH FOR YA...LOL

So you are probably asking yourself at this point, with her personality why is she selling cosmetics? Well, the truth of the matter is,

  I am not so much selling.  As I am giving away. 

As client gifts, thank you gifts,  donating to  auctions for worthy causes, charitable gifts of compassion  and on this site.  But I love the idea of owning a cosmetics company, you should see the cards, promotions & cute packaging I have put together..lol 

                                      In actuality

 I brought into (2) cosmetic companies when I realized, after working 10-16 hr days 5 days a week  for 3 yrs (reopened Biz in 2006) to reach personal goals I set for myself  that my looks went to HECK in the process (I didn't want to have to wait 10 yrs to get the things I wanted, I would be too old to enjoy them, and would have to work until I was 90 to pay them off.) 

It was the only way I could think of, to be able to try EVERYTHING I wanted, @ my convenience and get it all at a discount without being pestered to death by the "Cosmetic Ladies"  Now I know they mean well, but I just wasn't in the mood for parties, pink cars, ringing door bells  or overly bubbly personalities, not when I was BUSY & looking that D--N BAD!  (I had to reschedule my skin care class 5 times before I felt I looked decent enough to work it into my schedule)  All I wanted was some stuff that I could try and then be left alone to work it all out for myself.  

                     And for me this worked!

I was able to come up with a regiment (included products from both companies) that I call:

                      BUSTED TO BAM


1.  I Now know what works / what doesn't for me. 

2. I got my looks back. Skin, Hands & Feet look great,  No more boring/expensive time spent in nail salons & Products discounted for life.

3.  Since my Cleaning Company owns Brown & Beautiful, any losses B & B in-cures reverts back to the parent company. And like any other business it's tax deductible  So, yeah I am good.  


       I would have loved to have found a site like this when I was looking.  Since the cosmetic ladies are trained to only approach women who are pretty and stylish (whom in my opinion don't really need their help or suggestions (now it just ego) and no one is going to walk up to someone who looks bad, and say let me help you fix a few things (trust me we know we look bad)

       A SITE LIKE THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT !!!
